Imagine Morningside Heights will open in the fall as Columbia’s ninth affiliated childcare site and Imagine Early Learning Centers’ thirteenth location in New York.

Rui Xiao, a former Red Balloon parent board member, said she was happy with the opening of the new center, citing the scarcity of quality daycares in West Harlem.
