Port Washington serves Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers

Port Washington has three classrooms for Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers. The center has a private playground with a performance stage and garden space.
We frequently take advantage of our many local resources by visiting the North Shore Animal League, participating in various local sports programs, and visiting shops for bagels or pizza. We love to host visits from our local firefighters, police officers, dentists and pediatricians. The children enjoy fitness and music programs with local teachers.

Meet the Director
AnneMarie Robley has her B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Long Island University. She attained her M.S in Literacy Studies from LIU. AnneMarie joined Imagine in February 1998 as an Assistant teacher and moved up in the ranks over the years. She has led the Port Washington center since 2003. AnneMarie recently became the Curriculum Coordinator for Imagine and works on the Kids for Kids program. Outside of Imagine, AnneMarie works with the Long Island Prek Initiative and is a member of NAEYC.

If you are interested in the program, please call to schedule a tour. There is a $30 wait list fee, which is a tax deductible donation to our Imagine Kids for Kids foundation.
Accreditation & Licensing Information
The center is licensed by the NYC DOHMH/Bureau of Child Care, accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and includes an NYC Department of Education Pre-K for All program.
