At Imagine, we believe that great schools are built not just by educators, but by communities of people who care deeply about one another. That’s why we’re proud to be an employee-owned company—where every staff member has a stake in our collective success.

This October, in honor of Employee Ownership Month, we’re launching the Imagine Ownership in Action Awards. Each week, we’ll highlight team members who go above and beyond to bring the spirit of ownership to life in our classrooms, centers, and communities.

ESOP Storyteller Award: Marianne Morrissey

The ESOP Storyteller Award honors teammates who help others understand what employee ownership means at Imagine.

Marianne Morissey exemplifies the heart of this award through her positivity, communication, and leadership. Whether she’s supporting families, mentoring teachers, or fostering collaboration across her center. Marianne inspires those around her to see how ownership shows up in the everyday moments that define our culture.

BLOOMING Award Winners

The BLOOMING Award celebrates educators and teams who design imaginative, child-centered learning experiences that bring our BLOOMING framework to life.

Individual BLOOMER: Tijuana Jackson

Tijuana plays an instrumental role in integrating BLOOMING into classroom life and family engagement. She created BLOOMING books for each classroom and thoughtfully weaves the framework into every family communication and classroom activity.

BLOOMING Team: Port Preschool Shark Team – Jessica Olivieri, Jeanie Reyes, and Francesca Ferbol Perez

This talented team builds a warm, developmentally rich environment where play-based learning flourishes. Their consistent dedication ensures every child feels engaged, active, and inspired to explore new ideas each day.

Quality Keeper Award: Ramona Peralta

The Quality Keeper Award honors a teammate who consistently ensures safety, compliance, and excellence in care.

Ramona’s thoughtful attention to detail and unwavering dedication to help maintain Imagine’s high standards. She approaches every task with integrity and precision, ensuring that policies and best practices are upheld not out of obligation, but out of genuine care for children and families.

Why It Matters

Employee ownership is about more than shares—it’s about pride, responsibility, and shared success. By recognizing those who live these values, we’re building a culture where every child, family, and staff member benefits.

Stay tuned throughout the month as we announce more award categories and celebrate the people who make Imagine such a special place to learn and grow.
