Your role as a part-owner of the company begins as soon as you start working at Imagine – with opportunities to use your voice in the classroom and beyond, and the ability to start working toward full contribution to your ESOP account. Your ESOP account acts as a no-cost retirement fund, meaning that all earned funds will be distributed to you when you leave the company.
